Generally, prospective clients contact us after they....
- Have attended an educational seminar or sponsored meeting.
- Have visited our website.
- Have received one of our informational brochures or special offers.
- Have been referred by a current client or professional to our services.
No matter what way you found us, our system is the same for all.
First things First!
We don’t want to waste your time……and likewise, we hope you respect ours. Providing requested materials and accurate details can save you time and money! Your documents are confidential and we keep it that way.
We provide client forms in a variety of secure methods that accommodate the specific needs of the client. A review for completeness is performed at the time of receipt and if they are incomplete, our office will contact you and gather any further necessary details.
Evaluation and Appointment
After receiving your completed client forms, we will determine whether our services can be of any value to you. If so, our office will contact you for a first meeting appointment. If not, then we may refer you to another professional that could potentially help. We will not contact another professional unless we are instructed by you to do so. We will not share materials with another professional unless directed, in writing, by you to do so.
Depending on circumstances, our office may call you to reconfirm our appointment time and date.
Our first meeting is generally held at our office, but can also be done via telephone. Occasionally, and due to special circumstances, we will make arraignments to meet at your residence or a convenient 3rd party location.
First Meeting
At our first meeting you will be given introductory materials about our company and have the opportunity to ask questions. The primary purpose of this meeting is to get to know each other. We will ask questions, discuss information on the client forms, and talk about your challenges and concerns. It is important that each party is open and frank during these discussions…..which are sometimes difficult; however we don’t find any problem too insignificant to discuss. All of us have made mistakes, so you shouldn’t feel embarrassed or inhibited about confidentially discussing your personal financial dealings.
Conclusion - Moving Ahead!
At the conclusion of the first meeting, we will mutually decide the best method to move ahead. If our services are not compatible then our meeting will conclude and there will be no charge for our time.
If you decide to engage our services, then we will discuss the contractual arraignments, provide proper disclosures, and will agree upon an appropriate deposit. Generally, the next meeting date is set before you leave the office.
