The partnering process.
Use a “partnering process" to find your road to success.. A new dimension of opportunity comes into being when clients and advisors begin to function as “partners”. Weaving clients into co-operative processes builds winning partnerships and results. True benefits are negated if the client or the advisor fails to participate in the process.
What You Do.......
You need to recognize and embrace the value of change. As a partner, you take ownership of your own improvement. The pace, agenda, and success all lay at your disposal. You need to be committed to making personal and professional improvement and decisions. You keep an open mind and a focus on what you want to achieve. You understand that in an open atmosphere you can ask any question without the apprehension and inhibitions found in typical settings. You know that the process is equally rewarding for both parties…..and that’s the magic to its success!
What We Do.......
We encourage the partner process because we know it works. As far as we are concerned, our clients are equals with us. We provide an open, honest, caring, and factual atmosphere that builds a reciprocal relationship based on the sharing of knowledge, skills, methods, and experiences. When our client becomes successful then, and only then, do we feel the same sense of achievement. This sense of achievement and fulfillment is the primary goal of the process for both partners. We achieve satisfaction equal to that of the client.
You ask us questions, and we ask you questions. We encourage feedback. Sometimes our questions don’t have easy answers and, for some, may make you feel uncomfortable. We do not want to intentionally make you feel uncomfortable, or embarrassed. Simply put, it is sometimes hard for us to be “brutally honest” with ourselves. Without tough questions, we fail to understand our own motivations, develop new perspectives, or make meaningful gains towards our common goals.
